As managing agents we are aware that property owners / investors need to keep their costs low, therefore when managing your building we recognize this and strive to minimize expenses and maximise your cash inflow which in turn has a positive effect on your balance sheet & the value of your property.

In addition, we ensure our landlords and tenants have comprehensive lease agreements and policies of holding rental deposits in trust. This legal requirement has been put in place in terms of the Estate Agency Affairs Act to protect the owner’s interests against damages to the property caused by the tenant.
